Return Policy

We have a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You have 30 days from the date your request is accepted to return your items to us. 


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and work towards resolving the issue as soon as possible. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses. 

All sales are final on discounted items or gift cards.



We do not offer exchanges on perishable goods (such as flowers, plants or food). Please get in touch if you would like to exchange an item for a variation of the same item or for any other reason. Exchanges can only be made within 7 days of receiving the item and must be in the same condition that you received it in. We require proof of purchase. We will issue a full refund for the returned item and then you can purchase your new item. 



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds can take some time to receive as the bank processes the payment, but ordinarily don’t take more than 5 days. This processing time is out of our control.
