Jamsheed - Cabernet Franc
Grown in Dixon’s Creek, Yarra Valley, the Apricity Cabernet Franc saw 50% whole bunch carbonic maceration for 12 days, fermented with indigenous yeasts and left on lees in old French oak for 6 months. Bottled unfiltered and unfined with minimal added sulphites.
Alcohol is only available for purchase alongside flowers.
