Grown in Dixon’s Creek, Yarra Valley, the Apricity chardonnay was direct pressed to barrel for fermentation in old french oak and  left on lees for 6 months. Bottled unfiltered and unfined with Minimal added sulphites. 

Alcohol is only available for purchase alongside flowers.
